其中官方網站有一篇在他受傷完成手術後的訪問稿，看後有些感動，對這位球員，多了一點尊重及敬佩．

他提到他巳記不起意外怎樣發生，但他不希望再會在電視及新聞中看見關於這些受傷的報導．

證明受傷的打擊實在很大．

他繼續補充他只記得他跌倒時看見自己的腳向了相反方向轉，其餘的記憶都變得空白．

我也可以想像得到當時的恐佈情況，我自己做完手術後，都不敢見自己受偒的手，特別因為腫漲了，給我非常陌生的感覺．

他跟著指出這程況真的很不幸，但類似的情況會在比賽中發生．

我不知道官方網頁或者他是否巳將所有他的感受如實記下，但他沒有怨天尤人，接受給人踼斷腳，沒有怪責對方這種量度我是十分欣賞．

我自己受傷時對那個碰跌我的對手都有很多的不滿，經常都會問是否需要這樣茅？

他繼續說他不並知道自己傷勢情況，（根據我的經驗，其實要到康復了才可知道有多大的影響），亦不知道需要休養多久，但他知道他將會缺席餘下阿仙奴及歐洲國家杯的賽事，但這些並不是現在這刻他最關心的，他只著眼於怎樣做才可以盡快康復，並且克服傷勢．

根據另外一些報紙報導，他腳部共有三處地方斷了，有可能從此收山．我想他也曾想過這些事，但他選擇正面地去想，做那些自己能控制到的，積極療傷，其他的東西不會再想．

最後他多謝了有份參與救傷的醫療人員，並且他很感動收到很多慰問的短訊，和在這段時間身邊 有他最愛的人與他在一起．

盼望能夠在今季賽事中，看見達施華扶著拐杖，步出球場，接受各人的祝福，並一起和眾球員，舉起今季英超聯賽冠軍，接受支持者的鼓舞及呐喊．
